The deliverance of the "MIND"
Hi
friends…
We all know that the Body, Mind, Emotions & Energy are the four wheels which drives our LIFE. Today I am talking about mind...how good, bad, ugly & powerful it is. There is nothing like good mind or bad mind… There are only established minds & un-established minds.
What is an established mind: Let’s try a simple experiment. Close your eyes & do not think of a monkey for the next 10 seconds. Give it a try. Can you do it… your mind is full of monkey’s. Means your mind is not doing what you want it to do. This not your problem alone, the whole world is suffering due to this. If you have an established mind, the mind will take instructions from you & in turn it also organises the other 3 dimensions of your system, the body, emotions & energies. In other words, in established minds, the actions are based on conscious state of activity. That’s why in yoga, the established mind is referred as Kalpavriksha, which is a wish fulfilling tree….means what you want is fulfilled.
We all know that the Body, Mind, Emotions & Energy are the four wheels which drives our LIFE. Today I am talking about mind...how good, bad, ugly & powerful it is. There is nothing like good mind or bad mind… There are only established minds & un-established minds.

In other words, in established minds, the actions are based on conscious state of activity. That’s why in yoga, the established mind is referred as Kalpavriksha, which is a wish fulfilling tree….means what you want is fulfilled.
If
you have an un-established mind, then every moment it changes directions & always
look for wavering actions. That’s why in
Yoga, the un-established mind is referred as Markata (Monkey): If you observe a monkey, you will get the answer. What are the qualities of a
monkey?
1)
It will be always on move, many a times unnecessary movement.
2)
It would be monkeying always…means imitating someone..
Means in un-established minds, actions are based on compulsive state of activity. Organising our mind fundamentally means moving from a compulsive state of activity to a conscious state of activity.
How
the MIND functions: Mind cannot always understand the reality. Visualise that you are
cutting a mango. Mind compelled you to produce the saliva even though actually
mango is not there. It has only power, no intelligence. If you can balance it
out, then the action comes. For synchronisation what you need to do is to focus
it with certain adjustments.
Does MIND comes under influence: Every object on this planet has got certain
influence on every other objects but what is more important is the impact of
that influence. Take an example… on
Poornima or Amavasiya day, the people who are mentally imbalanced becomes much
more imbalanced. This clearly shows that all the celestial movements have got
some influence on human body. Influence to certain extent is ok, but you should
not allow them to take control of you.
How powerful the MIND
is: Someone rightly said
the most miraculous thing in this existence is not the computer or spacecraft
but the human mind. In 2011, there was a study conducted by 4 major
universities (Cambridge, Oxford, Hamburg
& Munich). They took a study of Morphea, the biggest pain killer. They
identified some severe pain patients & ran a trip of Morphea in their vein.
But told the patients, this is not Morphea. This is just a vitamin injection
which we found out for your disease. They also said you pain won’t go but you
will feel better. 100% patients, the pain didn’t go. Can you believe that. What
was running in their vein, Morphea. Then they did the cross over study. They
took the patients to another centre & injected saline in their vein, means
just salt water. Then said this is the latest edition of morphea, very powerful.
Pain went on all patients. That’s the
placebo effect. What actually decides the outcome is the patients belief which
is nothing but the perception of the mind.
Friends, you selected the best doctor in the
world, with lot of degrees & recognition's for your major operation. At the
time of operation nurse came & said, he lost his son yesterday in an
accident & he is little unstable due to shock. Will you get operated by that
Doctor? Still the degrees are there. Only mind unstable. So which is important?
Let’s talk about some powerful positions: There was a time when whole Europe took notes when Margret Thatcher dictated. She was the iron lady. Today she is not able to relate people she sees. She is a Parkinson’s patient. Any powerhouse is nothing if it loses the stability of the mind.
Even in US President Election there is an
insanity clause. . If at any time, the Vice president & the cabinet can
prove that President is insane or he has lost his emotional stability, by
default he can be terminated or removed.
MIND can create miseries too: This is a story about a prisoner. This prisoner
was afraid of snakes. Illusion created by Jail authorities in such a manner &
made belief in him that one highly poisonous snake entered inside the jail. They
created the hiss sound & prisoner became panic. This episode continued for
the whole night. They took a needle & put pin twice on his forearm as the snake
had bitten him. After sometime he died.
When they did the postmortem, it was almost like a snake bitten case. What all
damages the toxins can create in case of a snake bite had happened in the same
level as well. This shows that your mind can create misery for your body.
There are also some unconfirmed news about
Soloman islander’s special form of curse magic. If a tree is too large to
felled with an axe and too big to be chopped down, it is brought down by the
combined efforts of islanders cursing negatively and yelling at the tree. They
continue this for 30 odd days till the tree falls over. The theory is hollering
kills the spirit of the tree.
Conclusion: So friends… before you do anything, you must
be open to the world of your mind & see the immense power your mind has. Take example of any successful people… they got to where they are because
they realised the power of human mind & utilised it to its fullest.
