Hi friends…  We all know that the Body, Mind, Emotions & Energy are the four wheels which drives our LIFE. Today I am talking about mind...how good, bad, ugly & powerful it is. There is nothing like good mind or bad mind… There are only established minds & un-established minds.  What is an established mind: Let’s try a simple experiment. Close your eyes & do not think of a monkey for the next 10 seconds. Give it a try. Can you do it… your mind is full of monkey’s. Means your mind is not doing what you want it to do. This not your problem alone, the whole world is suffering due to this. If you have an established mind, the mind will take instructions from you & in turn it also organises  the other 3 dimensions of your system, the body, emotions & energies.
